The Power of Pre-Nups: Safeguarding Kids

Now that it's cuffing season, it's a perfect time for the newly engaged to consider a premarital agreement. 

Pre-nups can prevent child support from becoming messy. 

Recently, Miss Amber* came to me for a child support claim. She is taking care of her grandchildren and their father wasn’t helping. Her daughter had passed and the father seemed to want to leave his family behind him.
